  Rent first - Buy later!

Becoming a home owner is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll have to make in your life. It's a huge commitment and understandably it can be a difficult decision to take  that leap - particularly if you're a first-time buyer. At 'Homes within Reach' we are confident that the homes we have for sale are of an exceptional quality and offer a fantastic opportunity for you to get on the housing ladder. However we also appreciate that you may need some time to get used to the idea of becoming a home-owner and taking out a mortgage.

In response to this situation we've come up with an option that will provide the best of both worlds - 'Try before you buy'. Quite simply it's an opportunity for you to try out a home on a rental basis for up to two years. You have the option of buying at any stage during the two year period. You will be charged a very competitive rent - well below market levels.

Properties available to rent or buy right now!

At the two year stage we will review your situation. You will have the option of whether to buy the property or not. There is no commitment to buy and if you wish, you can just walk away. Obviously we don't want that to happen and after living in one of our properties we're fairly confident you'll be ready to take the next step.

1. Find a property
2. Fill in an application form to rent the property
3. Move in (signing a six monthly lease)
4. Buy at any time during the two year period
5. Have a review at the two year period
6. Buy the property or walk away
