Market Value
The equity value stated above is based on the Open Market Value of
the property at the time of publication. This may be subject to
change in line with current market conditions which will also
affect the equity split.
To purchase a property you will
need to secure a mortgage for the amounts shown above. For
example, you will require a mortgage for £72,150 to purchase a
Hawthorn type apartment and based on the open market value of
the property being £95,000, you will retain a 76% equity
share. You will own the property outright but United Welsh
will secure a Second Charge over the property for its 24%.
You do not pay United Welsh rent on its equity share.

not have enough savings for a deposit, or you are unable to
obtain a mortgage in the current climate, then why not ....
